Sleep

Oops.  I missed another one.  My schedule has been messed with as my car is dead and it’s taking me half an hour extra to get into work.  But that gives me half an hour extra to listen to podcasts and audio books.  I am listening to a interesting and frightening book about sleep…Why we sleep… –  While sleep is not a panacea, sleep deprivation is a very damaging condition and I am going to take steps to make sure that I have enough sleep.

The author talks about the damages of caffeine to sleep, and the long half-life of the drug.  I knew about the problems with caffeine and have been using decaf but even that is not good. So one of the actions that I will look at is reducing the use of caffeine after lunch.
